  • 於一個月內在通利琴行購買 Fender 結他產品滿港幣 $5,000*，可申請成為 Fender Club 會員 (兩年會籍)；

Please complete the application form and send, together with a photocopy of all purchase receipts*, to Marketing Dept, Tom Lee Music Co Ltd, 11/F Silvercord Tower 1, 30 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon or hand in at any branch. Please mark "Fender Club" on the envelope. Your membership card will be sent to you once ready.

填妥申請表格，連同有效購物單據影印副本*，一併寄回「九龍尖沙咀廣東道三十號新港中心第一座十一字樓通利琴行市務部」收（信封請註明 "Fender Club"）或交回任何一間通利琴行即可。申請一經批核，會員咭隨即寄上。
